Our initial assessment meeting is limited to 30 minutes and free of charge. Once the scope of your matter is defined, a written fee proposal is provided.
Fees are based on the Turkish Bar Association minimum tariff, adjusted for the nature, workload and duration of the matter. Fixed, hourly and success-fee arrangements are available.
Duration depends on court workload, evidence and the other party's stance. At the first meeting we share a realistic timeline based on similar matters.
Yes. We serve clients across Turkey and abroad via video meetings, e-signature and case tracking through the UYAP system.
You receive a written update after every hearing and significant development, and can access your file 24/7 through the client portal.
The attorney-client relationship is protected by professional secrecy. Everything you share is safeguarded under the Attorneys' Act and KVKK.
In civil cases representation by counsel is sufficient; you rarely need to attend. In criminal cases attendance as a defendant is generally mandatory; we explain the exceptions at our meeting.
Yes. Once the existing power of attorney is revoked and a new one issued, we take the file over where it stands, beginning with a complete file review.
Depending on the matter, part of the fee is paid upfront and the balance in stage-based instalments. Details are set out in writing in the engagement agreement.
